OVERVIEW:
The EU Supply Chain Director is responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of goods across the European market, ensuring operational efficiency and timely distribution. Success in this position means meeting our strategic supply chain goals while optimizing cost and logistics. This role is essential to support the company’s expansion and competitive positioning in Europe. This position will report to the VP of Global Operations & Supply Chain.
As the EU Supply Chain Director, you will have an opportunity to:
- Following the direction of the Global Lead and BU Director of planning, support EU planning and execution of supply chain processes for the region, including demand forecasting and inventory management.
- Following the direction of Global Deliver lead, oversee EU delivery and distribution operations to ensure timely, cost-effective supply and fulfillment. Manage the 3rd party Distribution supplier. Ensure service levels, metrics, & budgets, and required reported are delivered.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve the efficiency and reliability of the supply chain network.
- Implement and monitor compliance with supply chain policies, processes, and standards.
- Manage/implement cost improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
You have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on planning and logistics within Europe.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize delivery processes and manage costs.
- Leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement in operations.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and advanced Excel skills.
You might have:
- Advanced degree or certification in supply chain or logistics management.
- Experience with multi-country distribution strategies.

Must have requirements:
- A Masters Degree in Business, Econometrics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other heavily analytical field; master’s or other advanced degree is preferred
- 5+ years of Supply Chain Management and/or consulting experience
- Professional experience preferably in Automotive, IT/High-tech, Industrial/Consumer Goods, Retail or General Merchandising Store (GMS) and Logistics Services sector
- Led or had a core role in projects in one of the following areas: design and implementation of logistics strategy, network design and optimization, transportation, warehouse design and optimization, supply chain planning and management processes, supply chain modelling and optimization, supply chain software
- Hands-on experience in deploying digital supply chain solutions and proven track record and expertise in defining and implementing digital strategies across all stages of the value chain (e.g., Industry 4.0/IoT) is a plus
- Result-driven innovation, creativity, and flexibility.
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Sensitivity to complex dynamics involving various stakeholders.
- Strong command English language
- Willingness to travel for extended periods
